BIBLE BASICS -By Tommy Truth

Hello Anointed Fighters, this is Tommy Truth. First of all I want to say congradulations on advancing to the next rank in ChristJitsu. So far, we have trained our minds to understand how we "fight the good fight of the faith" with Godly character along with how we obtain salvation through the Grandmaster Jesus Christ. Now we are going to learn about the most powerful book ever written. The Holy Bible or also known as the word of God! Many weak warriors ignore the bible and never take the time to learn all that is written in it. To us ChristJitsu trained Anointed Fighters, the bible is one of our most powerful weapons.

In Martial Arts, one of the first things any student learns when they walk on the floor is how to stand. It is the basis of all Martial Arts and probably one of the most important lessons a student will ever learn and it is one of the aspects of training that is most overlooked by beginning students. One of the first things students training in ChristJitsu must learn is how to stand on God's word as written in the bible! This truth is also overlooked many times.

Hey, did you know that the Bible is the oldest book, and is in fact better viewed as a bunch of books. It was written over a period of thousands of years, by many different Anointed Fighters. Yet all the writers are in harmony over the message given because the only true writer was God. Read the cool verse below and see for yourself.

"...you have known the Holy Scriptures, which are able to make you wise for salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus. All Scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness" 2 Tim 3:15-16

As a ChristJitsu student, your stance on God's word defines your balance and root. Too often in the world, students first focus on what they hear people saying. What are my friends and training partner's doing? Does he or she fit in with the crowd? What needs to be focused on instead is how does what I see and hear match up to God's word?

The goal of this next training is to help you get an insight into the most valuable book in the world. By doing so we can re-discover the wonderful message contained in God's word, establishing a firm foundation to help us "fight the good fight of the faith."

Remember, it is called a fight for a reason. However, we fight from victory not for victory. Keep Fighting!
