ANOINTED FIGHTER MAGAZINE

The ChristJitsu Grandmaster dominated the Eternity Fighting Championship “Battle on the Mount”. There wasn’t a fighter on team sin that wouldn’t have given anything to be able to gang up on the anointed one and give him a Pharisee beating. They hated him because he refused to let any of the fighters he faced inside the cage get away with their phony religious take downs and their super spiritual submission attempts that were dominating the less trained fighters.

The greatest anointed fighter of all time executed his awesome truth submissions and dominated the fighters with faith body locks. When he left the cage after the final fight, he was dripping with
the blood of Satan’s hypocrite fighters. If ever an anointed fighter exposed pride weakness fighting, Christ did that day. His powerful word elbows inflicted major damage. Never in their
notorious, smug fighting careers have they been beaten with such deadly accuracy. Like weak fighters trained in a faulty fighting style, they were exposed and picked apart.

If Christ despised one thing, it was the very thing every Pharisee fighter trained in: show off punches and self-righteous take downs. They were masters in the art of put down prayers and
spent their days in the gym working on ways to impress the crowd with the somber expression submissions and monotonous leg kicks. Worst of all, by sowing the seeds of legalistic fight training and nurturing them into religious intolerance, the Pharisee trained fighters prevented honest fighters from approaching Christ.

Even today, legalism spiritual fight training has spread a paralyzing poison into the body of Christ. The venom blinds fighters of faith and dulls their edge and arouses pride in their hearts. Soon love is eclipsed as it turns into a mental clip board with a long check list that requires others to measure up before joining the fight club.

The joy of friendship is damaged by a judgmental attitude and a critical look. It seems crazy to me that fellowship must be limited to the narrow ranks of predictable fighters clad in
“acceptable” attire. The short haircut, clean shaven, tailored suit seem essential in many circles. Don’t get me wrong, I have a short haircut and very nice tailored suits. I am 40 years old and it takes me two weeks to grow enough hair on my face to justify spending 3 minutes shaving
it off. Just because I prefer a certain style or attire doesn’t mean that some others choose to wear it. That does not mean that I am better than others or that they are not pleasing to God. As
the saying goes “Do not judge a book by its cover.”

A big issue with many fight camps of faith is a gross intolerance of those who don’t fit a certain mold. This attitude reveals itself in a stare or negative comment. Such legalistic and prejudiced reactions will thin the ranks of the anointed legion faster than fire in the barracks. If you question that, take a serious look at the Galatians letter. The instructor’s pen flowed with heated ink as he rebuked the students for “deserting” Christ (Galatians 1:6), nullifying the grace of God (Galatians 2:21), becoming bewitched by legalism (Galatians 3:1), and desiring to be enslaved by the crippling disease (Galatians 4:9).

Listen! The limitations are far wider than most untrained Anointed Fighters realize. For example, I can’t believe that God only taps his spiritual foot to hymnals and high brow music. Let’s remember who it is that becomes aggravated over outward appearances. Certainly not the Master (Jesus).

“God sees not as man sees, for man looks at the outward appearance, but the Lord looks at the heart” (1 Samuel 16:7).

Now that we are standing in the center of the cage going toe to toe and exchanging punches in the face with legalism, who can prove that the only voice God will bless is the ordained fighter?
How about the waiter, truck driver, salesman or football coach? It is helpful to remember that our Master reserved his strongest and longest fight sermon not for struggling Anointed Fighters but
for hypocrite trained glory hog punching, legalist fighters. The Eternity Fighting Championship “Battle on the Mount” delivered that afternoon, centuries ago echoes down the cage of time with powerful force and clarity. Read Matthew 6:1

“Beware of practicing your righteousness” before men to be noticed by them. In other words, stop showing off! Stop looking down your nose at others who do not fit your preconceived mold. Stop displaying your own goodness fighting skills. Stop calling attention to your righteousness punches and stop lusting to be noticed. To all Anointed Fighters, beware of those who refuse to stop such behavior.

Matthew 6:2 talks about “when you give alms” or when you are involved in acts of charity assisting others in need. The Master says don’t sound a trumpet when you do this. Keep it quiet, even a secret (Matthew 6:4). Don’t scream for attention like some loud mouth fighter. Stay out of the cage after your victory. Don’t expect to have your name plastered all over the place.

Pharisee trained fighters have got the technique for sounding high and holy down pat. The prayers that they say in front of a crowd will make you think that they were taught how to pray by
Michael the arch angel. Christ clearly says do not show off when you talk to the father.

Matthew 6:16 talks about what to do when Anointed Fighters are fasting before a big spiritual fight. It says, “when you fast do it in a way that nobody knows you are fasting”, then the Father
will reward you. Don’t be like the Pharisee trained spiritual fighters who work overtime trying to appear humble and sad, hoping to look hungry and exhausted like some freaks that just finished a 20 round fight.

“Don’t be as the hypocrites!” Christ commands. Hey, …….Lets face it like well trained Anointed Fighters
