Turning Negative into Positive 1. stay focused on evangelism in any burden/situation, Galatians 1:28 ( its Christ that we preach)
2. Adequate Training: 2 Timothy 2:15
There was a couple who wedded and during the time of receiving gifts from friends, relative, etc, there came a lady with a book sealed with a cheque within it. So she gave the book to the couple, you know what the couple did? They just kept the book in the cupboard for they had not time to read books. After some months the lady who gave them the book happened to visit the couple, and she asked them, have been cross checking my bank account for several times, what happened to the cheque I gave you? Did it bounce at the bank?
What are you talking about? The husband asked. While bringing gifts on your wedding ceremony I gave you an enclosed cheque in a book. Did you see the book? Yes we did say the couple, it’s in the shelf. Immediately they cross and the cheque was in it.
3. Planning and Research
- Understand the people you’re ministering to.
- The dynamics of the people you’re to preach or plant a church to.
- Persistence of the mission.
4. Establishment of Church/planting should be the main thing
- The gospel is the power of God
- Every gift comes from God
- Giving all the life to Christ as He did on the Cross, pray and do all you can whatever it takes lets give to the Lord, beyond our understanding.
Mathew 28:18 – the gospel being preaching to all persons, nations

 The enterprise in the world is ministry of Jesus Christ, God gives you so that you can go invest and bring the profit back to Him, the parable of the Talents can explain more.
 Ignite fires in leaders of the church, How your church can become great planting movement. ISAIAH 6:1- who shall I send, Here I am send me, we have to be eager to know more about God.
1. The first thing to happen on our church is to have a vision:
 You will not have a vision if you don’t have information
 A vision of saturation church planting, passion to see more souls come to the Lord, Mathew 24:14, Ecclesiastes 5:28

2. Strategy:
 Strategy must be accompanied with a vision
 Your strategy can not just be dictated in you but it has to come from God, when God asked Nehemiah, “What are you going to do?” he answered with a great strategy.
3. Plan:
 Vision and strategy without plan can’t move well.
 You may be strong in prayer, fasting, etc but let it be accompanied by a plan.
5. Resources:
 You need to work for your resources.
 If you are to be a good church planting movement, release your best ministers e.g. good worship leader, assistant pastor, etc
 How many of you have ever thought of your flock (church members/congregation) to be given to a newly planted church neighboring your church?
 With the heavenly Kingdom mentality more churches are planted, lets assist each other in all ways.
How are you using your resource?
6. Outcomes:
 A goal must be shown at the end of the day.
 At the end of the year, tells us that churches, souls where made
 Accountability and to know which part is not fulfilled
 God is an investor/business man

Subject: Joining in what He is doing Agency
Some thing which makes ministry hard is doing ministry our own way!
 Let’s discover what’s in God’s heart to do.
1. I must do the works of God
 Let it be my desire to do the work of God
God wants to see Uganda filled with glory just as the waters covers the sea, Genesis 1:28. “Go be fruitful” John 15:16, I chose you, I appointed you to Go bear fruits. In Africa culture, when one gets married, the community begins expecting the sister to begin putting on a maternity dress after a few month, its an expectation of fruitfulness. (the word fruit is used 55 times in the New Testament)
2 .Fruitfulness grants God to answer our prayers
3. Fruitfulness produces love/unity, Psalms 133
4. Fruitfulness glorifies God, John 15:18, when a church is planted and glory is revealed, it’s God’s Glory!
5. Fruitfulness pleases God, Colossians 1:10
6. Fruitfulness removes curses, Mathew 21:19.
 It’s day time lets do God’s work
 Night time is coming and in the night you may not be able to do anything.

Subject: old wine skins.
Mathew 9:14
 Change is a strong issue in our lives but when it comes, it becomes a strange in us! The Question is, are you a new wine skin or an old wine skin? Its nothing to do with age!
Eli made 5 major mistakes:
1 Samuel chapter one:
 Hannah prayed and Eli came and falsely accused her being drunk in the house of the Lord.
1. Eli failed to know the needs of his people.
 He lacked sensitivity.
 We’ve got to know the flock’s statuses/needs.
A crocodile lays its eggs on the banks of the sea, and it uses its feet to scratch mud from the sea and covers the eggs, then when sun rises Incubation occurs for several days, this area where the eggs are covered is so much protected from the predators by the mother crocodile. When the young crocodiles hatch, out the mother uses its nostril to hear the voices of its young ones, if the voice is heard immediately the mother opens the enclosed portion of mud and the young ones come out. Imagine the joy over there!!
Leaders of churches or ministries how sensitive are you to your flock?
When a deer produces, it begins leaking the young one, why? To message the vessels/body that it may stand up firm quickly. A Young deer is produced with a sensitive smell/scent which makes its predators e.g. lions E.t.c to stimulate and kill it. So the mother deer leaks it so that this smell is away.
Leaders, pastors, teachers, presidents, kings, queens, etc, do you always leak your children, flock, etc?
Penguin Bird
When the female lays its egg, it gives it to the male penguin to incubate it for 60 days. How often do you incubate your children?
2. 1Samuel Chapter two:
Eli fails to displine his children:
 They were fornicating, with all other sorts of immoralities.
 Leaders you’ve got to rebuke the people you lead, beginning right away with your biological children and family to the last person in the community.
 Mostly some children of pastors are the indisplined ones.
 If you are displined all is well!!
3. 1 Samuel chapter three:
Eli fails to hear the voice of God:
 Since we’re used to scriptures/summon, you may stand boldly to preach/teach the congregation but without hearing the voice of God, you are still doing nothing unless otherwise.
 Don’t stand before people if you have not heard from God!
4. 1 Samuel chapter three
Eli fails to raise a leader:
Samuel bypassed Eli God to anoint him.
 There’s a curse in Malachi splitting day by day.
 Sending children to dangerous places, zone, etc for ministry and suddenly they die without expansion of the Gospel the other side.
A good leader has got to know the day he lives his life, prepare where you will be going. Time will come and retirement is knocking, who have you left behind to continue with the vision?
Can you imagine worldwide, there’s 4000 denomination! Why? Because no body wants to work with any body!
 You could have a tremendous ministry but when you retire if it’s not networked it dies there and then.
 Spiritual progression: “you will do more than what I have done” Jesus here is talking about continuity.
 Health and succession plan in ministries, if leaders are molded from day one. Then appointing the new leader (heir) can be done smoothly. Our children both Biological and Spiritual must run or learn alongside with us to make a good leader.
5. 1 Samuel chapter four
Eli failed to inffluence/impact the leadership of the nations:
 The church is failing to effluence the community.
o 1 Samuel 7:3
The 4 fold strategies
 Return to God –repentance
 Put away evil
 Prepare a way for the Lord
 Lead the nation for revival. We can lead a nation!
 When a lion grows old, it stops using its muscles strongly but it continues to hunt: while going for hunting it moves with the young lions which are stronger and muscularly built, so when the winds begin blowing indicating the movements of its prey, the older lion takes cover in the opposite direction to the young lions. Once the old lion roars the pray will run in the opposite direction for survival hence being trapped by the young muscular lion(s) hence the hunt is done. The young ministers must work together with the elder ministers in order to get enough tricks in all aspect.
 Isaiah 40; 41, “they that wait upon the Lord shall be…….”
